The up-to-date expertise of the G&S’s employees is ensured by regular participation in external seminars.
But also in-house trainings serve as permanent further training:
On Mondays and Tuesdays, the employees from all departments get qualified business English lessons from an external language teacher. Thus, they can cope with the requirements of the increasing globalisation of the company.
On Fridays the employees get EDP advices and training by system administrator Dominik Maier or Florian Goerg. The digitalisation of the entire company can only succeed with well-trained employees.
In first-aid classes, all employees are prepared for worst-case scenarios.
