Germany is in the process of reorganising its energy system to be climate-friendly with renewable forms of energy without fossil fuels.
The Equipe EuroDeK cycling team wanted to find out more and spent two days travelling by road bike on an energy transition tour (EWT), visiting interesting projects in the Westerwald, Hunsrück and Taunus regions.
The EWT started at G&S in Boden to mark the company's 100th anniversary.
