The granulation curves are established on a tunnel kiln chamotte, fired at 1.250 °C. Chamottes having higher porosity can show different weight-parts.
Tolerance limit - part:
to 10 % = ± 1,5
more than 10 % = ± 3,0
Dust part (63 µm) = ± 5,0
Information:
Due to the mechanical process differences within the grain limits are possible. Sometimes spray corn can be found. These influences are no reason for complaints.
